How our Service Works
Once contacted we would typically:
- Talk to you about your needs. This would include whether you wanted to prepare a submission for a particular tender or you wanted to review your existing policies and procedures so that you were ready for a future submission.
- If you wanted assistance with a particular tender, send that to us, or provide the link and we will review the documentation.
- We would then usually have a further conversation and define what exactly were your needs. (This can range from completing the entire tender, completing individual sections or even reviewing the draft that you have prepared)
- Our arrangements will then be confirmed in writing. It is only when our quotation is accepted by the client, do we commence charging for our services.
Services include:
- Fixed prices that are not exceeded without your prior approval
- Fees are quoted on an hourly or daily basis
- At least one draft of the submission is prepared for client input, before preparation of the final document
- As required, drafting of necessary policies and procedure to support the submission
- A clear timeline of when material will be received by your company. We have never failed to get any tender in well before the due date. (Even with very short notice)
- Assistance with specialist support if required such as design and printing.
